And here they are! Just in time for Christmas I have Billy and Ashley’s engagement photos back and I couldn’t be happier with them! I had so much fun and CAN’T WAIT for their wedding (they’re having the reception in a barn…barn ful of old friends, how perfect is that!?)! Enjoy the photos and I’ll be back after my vacation cruise in the Bahamas with my family! Happy Holidays everyone!

Meet Billy and Ashley! It’s always fun to reconnect with old friends and to get to be a part of their new journey that they’re embarking on in marriage! Billy and I used to skateboard together back in college all of the time, so it was awesome to get a chance to hang out for a day here in Birmingham and to meet his awesome fiancée, Ashley. I can’t wait to see the film from this shoot…we went out to a beautiful field and played around. Billy even brought his guitar out for a little afternoon seranade! Congratulations Billy and Ashley! I’m so happy for you guys and so excited to get to play a part!

This morning I had the pleasure of hanging out with Kimberly and Daniel and shooting some engagement photos at Jemison Park. The weather was fantastic, the leaves were falling and Kimberly and Daniel were a blast! These are some of the polaroids from this morning…film to come. We surprised them with a mini-engagement video complements of Paul and Kinora Films which we’ll post once it’s ready (we have to mail the super 8 off) so get pumped about that too!

I’m so excited to get to share Louise’s bridals with you! It’s always hard for me to have to keep bridals from the blog for sometimes months until the wedding so that I can share them. Louise’s haven’t been waiting that long, but I was so excited when I saw the film (while I was in a hotel in Egypt!) that I’ve been waiting to share them ever since. This weekend I got to shoot the wedding of Jonathan and Louise here in Birmingham. It was a gorgeous wedding, perfect weather and a beautiful bride and groom…and we had a blast. I’ve been traveling so much that it was refreshing to shoot a wedding here in town for a change. Here are the polaroids…shipped the film off today, can’t wait to see it!
