It’s the end of the year…our second year in business and our most exciting one so far! We’ve shot weddings all over the southeast, had our work published on Style Me Pretty, moved from a one man show to a small staff, opened up an amazing studio here, and now…are in the process of shutting it down!
Don’t worry…we’re not closing shop…just relocating it. Right around the corner to NEW YORK CITY!!!
For those of you who have yet to hear the big news, Jessi and I will be moving to New York City to work with Times Square Church for the next year (at least…) doing media work (aka our bedouins stuff) for their missions department.
I will still be shooting weddings in the South East (as well as anywhere else that you’d like me to!) and already have 8 planned for next year…so don’t hesitate to contact me if you want to talk. Otherwise I just wanted to wish you all a happy new years, a productive and amazing 2010 and to thank you all so much for supporting us, following us and for helping make 2010 an amazing year for us here!

I’d like you to meet Robert and Casey. The first wedding that I ever shot was of Casey’s sister, Brit over 2 years ago! Now it’s Casey’s turn and I’m so excited to get to be a part of her big day too.
Robert and Casey came up from Auburn to shoot their engagements; it was really good to get to spend some time with them and hear more about their plans for the wedding.

And here they are! Just in time for Christmas I have Billy and Ashley’s engagement photos back and I couldn’t be happier with them! I had so much fun and CAN’T WAIT for their wedding (they’re having the reception in a barn…barn ful of old friends, how perfect is that!?)! Enjoy the photos and I’ll be back after my vacation cruise in the Bahamas with my family! Happy Holidays everyone!

We had the pleasure of documenting the marriage of Jonathan and Louise last month, and couldn’t be more happy with the way everything turned out! The day itself was beautiful. Wonderful weather, beautiful couple, fantastic details. The girls got ready at the Club, a gorgeous venue overlooking the Birmingham cityscape. Jonathan and Louise first saw each other on the balcony, and the view was truly incredible – although Jonathan and Louise only seemed to see each other.
The wedding details seemed to match the couple as well. Classic, elegant, but with eye-catching accents. Louise’s shoes were the perfect shade of Fuschia, and she chose this same shade to accent the bouquets, centerpieces, placecards, and even the bridesmaids gifts (umbrellas!).
